This role will be critical in building scalable hiring strategies shaping Homzmarts employer brand and ensuring a world-class candidate experience.\nYou will partner closely with senior leadership to anticipate business needs design innovative sourcing approaches and position our brands as top employers in the region.\nKey Responsibilities\nTalent Acquisition\nDevelop and execute the group-wide hiring strategy for Homzmart Lifters and Joint.\nPartner with leadership to forecast workforce needs and design recruitment plans accordingly.\nManage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle (sourcing screening interviewing offer management).\nBuild strong pipelines for critical roles across commercial operations logistics and manufacturing.\nImplement recruitment metrics and reporting to track effectiveness.\nEmployer Branding\nLead the employer branding strategy across online and offline channels.\nCollaborate with Marketing to promote our culture values and growth stories.\nLaunch campaigns events and partnerships that strengthen our reputation as a top employer.\nDevelop engaging content (employee stories social media campaigns careers page).\nPartner with HRBPs to ensure alignment of recruitment with business priorities.\nTrain and guide hiring managers on interview and selection best practices.\nEnsure an exceptional candidate experience from application to onboarding.\nOptimize recruitment systems tools and processes for efficiency.\n\nQualifications: \n68 years of experience in talent acquisition with at least 2 years in a managerial role.\nProven track record in scaling teams within high-growth companies.\nExperience in employer branding initiatives and social media hiring strategies.\nStrong stakeholder management with senior leaders.\nKnowledge of logistics e-commerce and manufacturing hiring is a plus.\nExcellent communication and negotiation skills.\n\nRemote Work: \nNo\n\nEmployment Type:
