Job Description :
We are looking for a highly skilled DevOps Lead Engineer / DevOps SME with 9+ years of experience and strong hands-on expertise in Microsoft Azure Cloud, CI/CD automation, containerization, Kubernetes and Infrastructure as Code.
This is a senior-level Individual Contributor (IC) role requiring deep technical expertise in designing, implementing, managing and optimizing enterprise-scale cloud infrastructure and DevOps automation solutions. The ideal candidate should have extensive experience with Azure DevOps or GitHub Actions, production-grade Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS) environments, Terraform and scripting technologies, along with awareness of modern AI-powered engineering tools.
Key Responsibilities :
- Design, implement and maintain scalable, secure and highly available infrastructure on Microsoft Azure Cloud.
- Develop and manage automated CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps (ADO) or GitHub Actions with multi-stage YAML configurations.
- Automate application build, testing, release and deployment processes across multiple environments.
- Manage Git-based source code repositories using Azure Repos, GitHub Enterprise or Bitbucket, including branching strategies and access management.
- Build, manage and optimize Docker container images and containerized application deployments.
- Administer, monitor and troubleshoot Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS) clusters in production environments.
- Implement Infrastructure as Code using Terraform, ARM Templates or Bicep for consistent Azure resource provisioning.
- Develop automation scripts using Python, Shell or PowerShell to streamline infrastructure management and operational activities.
- Troubleshoot complex CI/CD, infrastructure, deployment and Kubernetes-related issues.
- Drive DevOps best practices, automation standards, deployment reliability and continuous improvement.
- Explore and leverage modern AI tools to enhance DevOps productivity, automation and operational efficiency.
- Collaborate with development, infrastructure, cloud architecture and security teams to deliver reliable enterprise solutions.

Candidate Requirements :
- Minimum 9 years of relevant experience in DevOps, cloud infrastructure or platform engineering.
- Strong technical expertise with the ability to independently own complex DevOps implementations.
- Proven hands-on experience supporting production-grade Azure and AKS environments.
- Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Willingness to attend the mandatory face-to-face client interview in Bangalore.
