Server Assistants are also responsible for clearing and removal of any unnecessary or soiled service ware from guest view and/or tables.\nResponsibilities\nDeliver prepared food and beverage items to guests and patrons timely and accurately\n\nRemove any/all soiled utensils and service ware from guest view and/or tables\n\nAssist in setting dining room and tables with new linen, utensils, and glassware\n\nPossess knowledge of complete menu offerings, including production specifications, ingredients, cooking times, presentation/packaging, etc.\n\nCollaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure prompt delivery of guest(s)’ orders; ensure thorough and detailed communication of any/all dietary restrictions/allergies\n\nDeliver professional, courteous, and efficient service to guests\n\nResponsible for completing all station set-up, breakdown, and cleaning duties\n\nMaintain knowledge of restaurant happenings, including menu updates, operational guidelines, service hours, special offerings, etc.\n\nSupport all team members to ensure guests receive high quality service; provide notes and insights if guests have special requests, assist team by clearing/cleaning/pre-setting tables for next party, ensure hospitable experience for all guests\n\nProtect establishment and patrons by adhering to sanitation, safety and alcohol control policies\n\nUnderstand and assist with execution of responsible alcohol service\n\nFollow, adhere, and practice the Safety and Sanitation standards set forth by the Food & Beverage Department including but not limited to:\n\nSocial distancing\n\nUse of face mask/covering when in common areas, presence of guests, and where Social Distancing is not possible\n\nUse of gloves when handling guest food or beverage\n\nCleaning and sanitizing high contact surfaces that are frequently used by guests and fellow employees\n\nFrequent handwashing, regardless of use of gloves\n\nOther tasks as assigned by supervisors and/or manager\n\nSkills\nMinimum 18 years of age\n\nPrevious service experience a plus\n\nStrong communication skills both written and verbal\n\nWorks well with others; establishing and maintaining effective relationships with fellow workers and supervisors\n\nAbility to lift, push, and pull 20lbs\n\nAbility to travel up and down stairs consistently during work shifts\n\nFlexible schedule: ability to work nights, weekends and holidays as required\n\nMust be able to work in an environment with fluctuating temperatures\n\nKnowledge, Skills and Experience\nEducation - High School Diploma or Equivalent\nExperience Required - 0-1 Year\nThis position is on-site.\nCompany:\nAnaheim Arena Management, LLC (F&B)Our Commitment:\nWe are committed to providing an environment of mutual respect where equal employment opportunities are available to all applicants and team members without regard to race, color, religion, sex (including pregnancy and gender identity), national origin, political affiliation, sexual orientation, marital status, disability, genetic information, age, membership in an employee organization, parental status, military service, medical condition or any protected category prohibited by local, state or federal laws.
