They feel strongly about being part of a team that advocates for people to live longer and better lives.\nResponsibilities\nLead the architecture and implementation of a medallion lakehouse in Microsoft Fabric, establishing bronze, silver, and gold layers that power self-serve analytics across the organization.\nDesign and build Claude projects and skills that allow marketing, product, and finance stakeholders to query and interpret data independently.\nPartner with organizational leaders to define, document, and maintain a canonical business lexicon and data context that inform the self-serve BI platform and ensure consistent interpretation across teams.\nCreate and maintain robust data ingestion pipelines to ensure reliable, timely data flow from source systems into the lakehouse.\nBuild data models and BI dashboards as needed to support marketing analytics, product analytics, and financial analytics for a subscription DTC business.\nEstablish and enforce data governance protocols, including lineage, documentation, quality checks, and access controls.\nMentor and develop a cross-functional team of data engineers, analytics engineers, and BI analysts, setting technical standards and guiding best practices.\nCollaborate with stakeholders across growth, product, finance, and clinical teams to translate business questions into scalable data solutions.\nQualifications\n10+ years of experience in a highly technical data role (data engineering, data architecture, or equivalent).\nHands-on expertise with PySpark, Python, SQL, dbt, and Microsoft Fabric (or a directly comparable lakehouse platform).\nDemonstrated experience building medallion architectures and production-grade data pipelines.\nExperience creating or deploying AI-powered tools or skills for business users (experience with Claude or similar LLM platforms a strong plus).\nDeep understanding of marketing analytics, product analytics, and financial analytics in the context of a growth-stage DTC subscription business.\nProven ability to partner with non-technical leaders to define shared data definitions and business context.\nExperience mentoring and leading data teams across multiple disciplines.\nGrowth-stage startup experience required; comfort with ambiguity, shifting priorities, and building from zero to one.\nHealthcare or health-tech experience a plus.\nExperience with machine learning or predictive modeling a plus.\nMust be authorized to work in the United States; visa sponsorship is not available for this role.\nBenefits*\nHone wants our team to be in the best condition of their lives, so we offer a range of benefits including:\nA remote-first work environment\nCompetitive compensation and equity options\nHealth, dental, and vision insurance coverage\nShort-term disability and basic life coverage\nFlexible Spending Accounts (FSAs)\nLifestyle Spending Accounts (LSAs)\nWe follow federal holidays and have uncapped time off for exempt employees\nBudget for the technology tools you need (laptop, monitor, and/or special software)\nA focus on company-sponsored activities to foster engagement (both virtual and in-person)\nWaived membership fees for any Hone team members utilizing Hone products\n*These benefits are available to full-time, regular employees, and notto independent contractors, part-time employees, temporary employees, or interns.\nWe are proud to be an equal-opportunity workplace committed to building a team culture that celebrates diversity and inclusion.
