You will serve as a critical link between business, clinical, operational, and technology teams, ensuring solutions are aligned with organizational priorities and deliver measurable business value.\nIn addition to program leadership, you will facilitate business analysis activities, lead process and workflow design efforts, and support product management functions. You will lead project teams, proactively identify risks, and work with key stakeholders to mitigate those risks and any potential downstream impacts. You will demonstrate strong emotional intelligence, confidence, and a proactive work ethic.\nPrimary Functions of the Technology Program Manager Include:\nProgram & Project Leadership\nLead complex technology programs from initiation through implementation, operational transition, and post-launch stabilization.\nDevelop and maintain integrated project plans, delivery roadmaps, milestones, budgets, and resource requirements.\nManage scope, dependencies, risks, issues, decisions, and change control.\nEstablish program governance, facilitate decision-making, and deliver concise executive status reporting.\nCoordinate testing, deployment, training, implementation readiness, and post-launch support across business and technology teams.\nBusiness Analysis & Solution Design\nLead discovery, requirements-gathering, workflow-design, and solution-design sessions with business, clinical, and technology stakeholders.\nDocument current-state and future-state workflows, business rules, decision logic, functional requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, and operational requirements.\nTranslate business and clinical needs into requirements that technology teams can design, build, test, and implement.\nValidate proposed solutions with business and technology stakeholders before development and deployment.\nIdentify and define opportunities to improve workflows through standardization, automation, or technology-enabled process changes.\nProduct & Platform Support\nPartner with business leaders and Product Owners to define platform roadmaps and prioritize enhancements.\nManage enhancement intake, backlog refinement, prioritization, and stakeholder approval.\nEvaluate enhancement requests based on business value, operational impact, strategic alignment, and technical feasibility.\nMonitor platform adoption, performance, and value realization after implementation.\nManage vendor deliverables, escalated issues, and platform enhancements.\nStakeholder Management & Organizational Leadership\nBuild strong relationships across Clinical Operations, Technology, Market Operations, Finance, Product, Data, and external partners.\nFacilitate decision-making and conflict resolution across competing priorities.\nCommunicate effectively with executive leaders, operational teams, and technology stakeholders.\nInfluence outcomes through collaboration, relationship building, and strategic thinking.\nFoster alignment around organizational goals, priorities, and expected outcomes.\nHow You Qualify\nYou reviewed the Who You Are section of this job posting and immediately felt the need to read on. You accept things change quickly in a startup environment and are willing to pivot quickly on priorities.\nRequired Qualifications\nBachelor’s degree in business, healthcare administration, information technology, or a related field.\nActive Project Management Professional (PMP), Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP), or Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) certification preferred.\n5+ years of experience managing complex technical projects or programs, including enterprise initiatives with executive visibility.\n3+ years of experience applying Agile or Scrum methodologies.\nExperience in healthcare operations, population health, value-based care, clinical workflows, or provider data management.\nExperience supporting AI, automation, analytics, or digital-transformation initiatives.\nExperience facilitating requirements-gathering, workflow-analysis, process-mapping, and solution-design sessions.\nExperience translating business needs into clear, actionable requirements and validating those requirements with business and technical stakeholders.\nDemonstrated ability to assess operational processes and identify opportunities for technology-enabled improvement.\nAbility to build relationships, influence senior leaders, navigate ambiguity, and drive outcomes without formal authority.\nStrong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to tailor information for executive, technical, clinical, and operational audiences.\nProficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, Visio, and Teams.\nProficiency with project and work management tools such as Jira, Smartsheet, ServiceNow, or comparable platforms.\nAbility to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with evolving priorities.\nThe base pay range for this role is $129,700.00 - $154,350.00. Compensation takes into account several factors including but not limited to a candidate’s experience, education, skills, licensure and certifications, and organizational needs. Base pay is just one piece of the total rewards program offered by Honest.
