Connect internal liquidity dashboards with the movement of funds to keep daily operations running without interruption. This execution-focused role uses internal systems to make data-driven decisions and acts as the first line of defence in identifying late transactions and platform errors.\nKey Responsibilities1. Customer Settlements & Transaction Processing\nReview, verify and settle high volumes of customer payments on time.\nMonitor transaction status across customer-facing functions and admin platforms.\nUpdate settlement information in real time to keep records accurate and current.\n2. Provider Withdrawals & Float ManagementMonitor operational dashboards and provider float to identify funding needs and maintain adequate liquidity.\nProcess manual and automated withdrawals to provider platforms based on dashboard instructions and the required amounts.\nMaintain liquidity requirements and ensure seamless transfers of funds between different parts of the business.\n3. Data Tracking & System AdministrationMaintain daily withdrawal, deposit and settlement records using Excel, Cortex and other internal systems.\nDownload daily transaction statements and organise them into reporting formats to support settlements and reimbursements.\n4. Issue Identification & EscalationMonitor provider systems for downtime and payment withdrawal delays.\nLog issues clearly and escalate detailed information to the Senior Operations Manager for troubleshooting.\nCandidate ProfileExperience & Technical KnowledgeAt least 1 year of experience in operations, fintech, finance or related data entry work.\nExperience using Microsoft Excel to record information, produce reports and manage data.\nUnderstanding of blockchain transactions.\nAbility to quickly learn and navigate complex internal admin dashboards.\nForex or stablecoin transaction-flow experience is preferred but not required.\nKey Skills & CompetenciesA methodical, process-driven approach to executing tasks against dashboard metrics.\nStrong attention to detail and accuracy in repetitive, high-volume financial transactions.\nClear, concise communication of issues to the Senior Operations Manager and other senior colleagues.\nReliability and ability to work effectively in a
