The GTAC engineer works in a global team, providing support for a defined set of products/technologies. Works closely with peer colleagues globally to solve technical problem. Visit to customer locations may be required for critical site investigations.\nKEY RESPONSIBILITIES\nAbility to deliver remote support & services remotely and effectively.\nAbility to execute GTAC and other standard audit checklists.\nReport to regional stakeholders.\nProactively manage and respond to customer questions, issues, and input accurately and within Service Level Agreement timing.\nComply with all GSM processes for documentation and customer communication.\nMaintain strong case documentation and follow-up to ensure that technical recommendations effectively resolve customer issues. \nRespond to the high volume of customer inquiries in an efficient and accurate manner, meeting or exceeding the published SLA (Service Level Agreement) for Response and Resolution.\nMaintain proactive and timely communications, providing frequent and informative customer updates\nSupport Honeywell affiliates by participating in meetings with customers.\nKeep technically current with the broad HPS product/systems portfolio, while maintaining expert knowledge on the Experion PKS Client/Servers product line.\nActively share knowledge and new findings with other team members through the periodic creation of knowledge articles.\nAbility to support through the follow-the-sun approach within the Global TAC organization or After-Hours Emergency Support.\nAbility to work and communicate directly with Honeywell Developers to resolve a customer issue.\nAbility to detect and report Product Defects on the products supported in his current discipline.\n YOU MUST HAVE\nEngineering degree in electronics, Chemical, instrumentation or process technologies.\n6+ years of experience with TPS and TPN (Total Plant Solutions and Total Plant Network) product family and related architecture including Honeywell TDC-3000/TDC-2000. \nWE VALUE\n6+years’ experience with Honeywell process control systems.
