You will report directly to the Multisite Engineering Manager.\n Key Responsibilities:\nTrain and coach internal teams to develop site-level applications that meet customer requirements for refrigeration and building automation systems.\nTeach internal teams how to integrate new Honeywell and third-party equipment into Tridium Niagara-based software products.\nCreate and deliver hands-on learning activities that demonstrate how to install, configure, and test applications for Honeywell and third-party hardware in the lab or on a benchtop.\nLead technical deep dives and guided troubleshooting sessions that build team capability in diagnosing software and hardware issues.\nTeach team members to read, interpret, and apply architectural, electrical, and mechanical drawings in support of accurate design, installation, and troubleshooting.\nExplain how to translate MEP design requirements into applications that can be implemented at specific sites with minimal programming effort.\nPartner with Honeywell RD&E/Programming teams, Offering Management, and the HBOC to identify learning needs, develop training content, and support issue resolution.\nCoach teams through pilot installations, initial programming, and the handoff of Honeywell Multisite applications, reinforcing repeatable methods and support readiness.\nDemonstrate structured troubleshooting methods for HVAC, refrigeration, and automation systems, including controllers and PLCs, and help teams apply those methods independently.\nTeach and reinforce industry standards, building codes, safety regulations, and Honeywell best practices in all training and support activities.\nDevelop clear, accurate learning resources, including written instructions, user guides, technical bulletins, videos, demonstrations, program examples, and troubleshooting references.\nDeliver technical instruction through one-on-one tutoring, small in-person classes, virtual sessions, videos, and written materials; gather feedback and continuously improve the training program.\n Must Have:\n2+ years of experience in refrigeration or building automation controls, with sufficient hands-on knowledge of programming, installation, and troubleshooting to teach and support others.\n4+ years of demonstrated ability to explain complex technical concepts clearly and adapt instruction for learners with different levels of experience.\n4+ years of excellent written and verbal communication skills, including experience creating technical instructions, presentations, videos, or other learning materials.\n4+ years of experience teaching, mentoring, or coaching technical audiences through one-on-one tutoring, small in-person classes, virtual sessions, or hands-on demonstrations.\nWe Value:\nBachelor of Science degree in an engineering discipline or equivalent relevant technical experience.\nA friendly, outgoing, patient, and supportive communication style that encourages questions and builds learner confidence.\nExperience supporting, configuring, or troubleshooting applications built on the Tridium Niagara Framework.\nTridium Niagara N4 TCP and/or Developer certification.\nExperience developing and delivering technical training programs, job aids, workshops, or onboarding content.\nKnowledge of grocery store refrigeration algorithms, TCO2 systems, energy management strategies, PID loop tuning, HVAC, BACnet, and Modbus.\nBENEFITS OF WORKING FOR HONEYWELL\nIn addition to a competitive salary, leading-edge work, and developing solutions side-by-side with dedicated experts in their fields, Honeywell employees are eligible for a comprehensive benefits package.
