In this role, you will impact the safety and integrity of systems that power the modern world.\n Key Responsibilities\nManage Honeywell’s ongoing Cybersecurity Maturity Model Certification (CMMC) compliance requirements for the US Department of DefenseManage CUI assets with service ownersUnderstand app and child asset relationships and requirements for CUI\nClarify and update the CMDB asset governance fields (e.g., CUI flag, location)\nWorks with service owners providing CUI information and guidance\nCoordinates CMDB security compliance field updates\nAsset inventory data analysis and reporting\nTrack service owner actions for outstanding remediation requirements\nSupported laptop compliance efforts (e.g., tech debt)\n\nManage evidence requirementsReach out to control owners for clarification\nSchedule and lead meetings, coordinates actions\nMove evidence to Redspin repository, name appropriately\nUpdate the tracking documentation\n\nManage CRMs (Customer Responsibility Matrices)Understand and document the mapping of NIST SP 800-171 to the FedRAMP framework\nConverted FedRAMP documentation to CMMC CRMs for ESPs (External Service Providers)\nSet and led meetings with multiple internal and external SMEs to build and acquire the required CRMs\n\nEstablish and maintain the CMMC MOSWeekly, monthly and periodic actions for CUI assets and sites\nBuilt and maintain process documentation (requires process knowledge)\n\nProvide mentorship to new team members\n\nLead the design and implementation of cutting-edge cybersecurity solutions to protect critical assets and information\nConduct in-depth security assessments and risk analysis to identify vulnerabilities and recommend mitigation strategies\nCollaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate security measures into the development lifecycle of products and systems\nAct as a technical mentor, providing guidance and support to junior cybersecurity professionals\nParticipate in incident response activities, contributing technical expertise to resolve security incidents promptly\nYOU MUST HAVE\n3+ years of experience in a cyber security position\n3+ years of experience with US Department of Defense cybersecurity requirements (mainly CMMC program)\n3+ years of in-depth knowledge of cybersecurity technologies, frameworks, and best practices \n3+ years of excellent communication and ability to convey complex technical concepts to stakeholders \n3+ years of the ability to lead direct and indirect reports by influence\nWE VALUE\nBachelor’s degree from an accredited institution in a technical discipline such as science, technology, engineering, mathematics \nRelevant certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or GIAC are highly desirable\nDemonstrated leadership skills and experience managing cybersecurity teams \nStrong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders\n“The annual base salary range for this position in locations where pay transparency disclosures are required, including California, Colorado, the District of Columbia, Hawaii, Illinois, Maine, Maryland, Massachusetts, Minnesota, New Jersey, New York, Vermont, Virginia, and Washington, is $144,000- $200,000.
