You will directly report to the Field Service Manager, and work out of the Macon, Georgia area on an on-site work schedule.\n Key Responsibilities:\nPeriodic communication with customers regarding technical and administrative DCS issues.\nProvide customer support on Honeywell Control Systems and serve as customer contact for\nservice-related issues/inquiries. \nConfigure, maintain, and troubleshoot Honeywell hardware, networks, and software including Experion PKS, LCN, and TPS. \nUpgrade TPN and Experion software from one software release to another software release on the live control system without causing any interruption to the customer’s industrial process. \nMigrate Legacy Honeywell control systems to Honeywell’s new technology offering. \nDevelop the skills and talents of other engineers through guidance and on-the-job supervision.\nUnderstand customer key processes and economic drivers and translate those into business opportunities, providing timely research and recommendations. \nAssist Sales during sales pursuits.\nBe the face of Honeywell to end-users, and competitors.\nLearn end-to-end product/solution development and delivery/execution of Honeywell products and solutions.\nUse technical expertise of complex Honeywell solutions/product offerings to enhance customer experience. \nActively interface with customers at all levels.
