We are committed to the highest standard in everything we do!\n Key responsibilities\nAdvanced knowledge of the systems and products within the TSI scope: security systems (ACS, CCTV, IDS / perimeter intrusion detection, POB), telecommunication systems (PAGA, telephone / hotline), and network infrastructure (security LAN, WAN, fiber optic, structured cabling), and defining their correct application in complex projects.\nAnalyze customer documentation, technical requirements, redundancy and availability requirements, system architectures, and risks specific to TSI projects.\nDefine and validate network and system architectures (redundant topologies, fiber optic backbone, network segmentation, integration strategies) and the interfaces between telecommunications, security, and associated software platforms, including the common operator interface.\nIntegrate TSI systems with the process and safety systems of the industrial facility (DCS, SCADA, ESD, Fire & Gas), including coordination of interfaces with other project packages and existing systems.\nClarify technical solutions with customers, designers, consultants, subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams, with a focus on functionality, compliance, multidisciplinary integration, and practical implementation feasibility.\nCoordinate technical activities for detailed engineering, configuration, programming, integration, testing, commissioning, troubleshooting, and handover of the systems within the TSI scope.\nIdentify and manage technical risks, design limitations, installation non-conformities (including cable and fiber optic), and critical dependencies between integrated systems.\nKey skills and qualifications\nBachelor's degree in Automation, Electronics and Telecommunications, Electrical Engineering, Information Technology / Computer Science, Mechatronics and Robotics \nMinimum 5-7 years of experience working with security systems (access control, CCTV / DVM, intrusion detection), telecommunication systems (PAGA, telephone), and network infrastructure (LAN / WAN, fiber optic, structured cabling), as well as their integration.\nExperience in design, configuration, integration, testing, commissioning, and troubleshooting of complex technical solutions, including redundant network infrastructures.\nPrevious on-site experience, including coordination of commissioning activities, FAT/SAT execution, troubleshooting, and support for customer handover activities.\nAdvanced understanding of networks and communication protocols, including IP networking (LAN/WAN), L2/L3 switching, VLANs, network redundancy mechanisms, fiber optic (single mode / multi-mode) and structured cabling, VoIP / SIP, serial communications, Modbus, dry contacts, relays, I/O modules, and software integration.\nUse of software tools related to engineering, configuration, monitoring, analysis, testing, and commissioning activities for systems within the TSI scope.\nAdvanced English, any other languages are considered an advantage (German, French, Italian, Spanish, Dutch).\nWillingness to travel for project execution and commissioning activities minimum 50% of time.\nWe Value\nAbility to coordinate multiple technical activities across TSI projects, prioritize critical deliverables, and support execution planning together with the Project Manager.\nAdvanced analytical mindset, decision-making capability, and strong orientation toward solving complex technical problems in telecom and security integration projects.\nHigh level of autonomy, ownership of critical deliverables, and the ability to work effectively under pressure with multiple project dependencies.\nExperience collaborating with and coordinating technical activities involving subcontractors, system integrators, and suppliers within multidisciplinary projects.\nProactive attitude, results-driven mindset, continuous improvement focus, and commitment to quality, professionalism, and technical accountability.\nOur offer\n3 days from office, 2 days from home hybrid work arrangement to support your work-life balance\nCompetitive Salary regularly increased based on your performance\nEnjoy 25 vacation days per year, plus extra days off for life's special events\nWe provide meal vouchers\nFlexible benefits basket with monthly budget allocated (top up medical insurance, life insurance, pension, vacation/ cultural/ fuel vouchers)\nMedical Insurance Plan paid by the company\nChristmas and Easter bonuses\nRecognition & referral bonus programs\nComprehensive induction, ongoing training and development to set you up for success\nIn-house and external learning platforms (Udemy) to continue to expand your skills\nWork experience opportunities to help you grow your career with us\nGlobal employee networks to help you connect and grow\nEmployee Assistance Program -
