You will be responsible for coordinating the input of various key internal and external stakeholders ranging from Engineering, Service to customer site employees. You will be responsible for managing delivery of engineering outputs for the project, executed by yourself and other project engineers. Where appropriate, you will assist in sourcing and managing sub-contractors who can assist in delivering specialist engineering consultancy that are outside of Building Automation expertise.\nKey Responsibilities:\nOperate as lead engineer for a project/s\nElectronic security systems engineering, implementation, integration, and documentation\nDelivery of project engineering requirements within budget, scope, and schedule\nProvision of technical direction and support of project team members, including planning / scheduling and quality assurance\nWork on requirements and ensure the final design is compliant of the requirement metrics\nUnderstanding and implementing Australia and international standards during the design process \nEnsure the team operates within the health and safety standards\nKey Experience & Capabilities:\nBachelor’s degree in electrical engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics \nMinimum of 5 years' relevant experience in electronic security\nExpertise in electronic security systems engineering (hardware and software)\nA solid understanding of high-end security applications, including CCTV, Access Control, Intruder Detection, Intercom Systems, Integration Platforms, and others\nEither registered or pursuing professional engineer in QLD ideal\nWork independently to drive project execution as the key local customer contact\nStrong communication skills both verbal and written\nAnalytical and able to work on complexity and under pressure\nPro-active, and self-sufficient\nHealth and safety consciousness\nWho We Are\nThe Future Is What We Make It at Honeywell.
