networking protocols and services (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, NTP), firewalls, switches, VPN tunnels, backup systems (e.g. Veeam, Acronis), IoT technology, cloud platform management, mobile application, application program and system script Proven experience in system design, solution design and capacity planning for IT infrastructure Knowledge of cybersecurity risk management, vulnerability assessment, system hardening and patch management Knowledge of IT service management methodologies (such as ITIL) and relevant processes Familiarity with Building Management Systems (BMS) is preferred Effective communication abilities to clearly convey information and collaborate across technical and non-technical teams Willing to travel to various locations, including Macau and Taiwan, as needed for project requirements and client engagement Fluent in English, Mandarin, and Cantonese is required\nQualifications:\nBachelor Degree or above in Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer
