In this role, you will own the design, development, and verification of high-performance analog circuitry that powers advanced accelerometer technologies used in mission-critical aerospace applications.\nFrom architecture development through detailed design, testing, and validation, you will work across the full product lifecycle while partnering closely with systems, mechanical, and manufacturing engineering teams to bring innovative sensing technologies to market.\nA successful candidate will have a background in analog electrical engineering and have the ability to work closely with mechanical, systems, and manufacturing functions.\nWhy Consider This Opportunity?\nOwn analog designs from concept through verification and product release.\nWork on high-precision accelerometer technology used in aerospace navigation and guidance applications.\nCollaborate with experienced engineering teams across multiple disciplines.\nInfluence the next generation of sensing technology in a business focused on innovation and growth.\nIndependently design and test of analog and digital circuits and systems\nExecute project subtasks by following established engineering methodologies for new hardware development\nPerform simulations, data analysis, define test procedures, and review results to determine compliance to requirements\nStatus reporting to senior technical staff and direct management\nAssemble and present material for Preliminary and Critical Design Reviews \nDrive new product development to schedule and budget\nSupport factory RCCA activity\n YOU MUST HAVE\nBachelor’s degree from an accredited institution in a technical discipline such as the sciences, technology, engineering or mathematics.\n4+ years of related engineering experience with analog circuits and systems\nHands-on experience with lab test equipment, such as oscilloscopes, spectrum and network analyzers\nWE VALUE\nBachelors in Electrical Engineering\nDemonstrated experience with analog circuitry and precision electronics\nKnowledge and/or experience with the design and testing of precision accelerometers\nGood understanding of fundamental physics \nExperience with performing worst-case analysis\nExperience with Matlab, Mathcad, Simulink, and Spice design tools\nExperience with Arduino programming and data collection\nAbility to make data based and timely decisions while balancing risk\nFamiliar with Six Sigma Methods\nDemonstrate excellent oral, written communication, and interpersonal skills\nProficient in use of Office Suite of programs: Word, Excel, Power Point, Project\nThe annual base salary range for this position is $106,000.00-$130,000.00.
