Your journey in shaping the future of flight starts here.\n KEY RESPONSIBILITIES\nDesign and develop electrical systems and components \nConduct feasibility studies and analyze technical requirements \nEnsure compliance with electrical codes, standards, and regulations \nManage project budgets, timelines, and resources\nLead and manage electrical engineering projects from conception to completion\nProvide technical expertise, guidance, and support to the team members\nCollaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to ensure successful project execution\nExecute electrical circuit design team project tasks\nComplete assignments by applying electrical engineering methods\nGenerate Bill-of-Materials (BOMs) for Printed Board Assemblies (PBAs)\nLeverage knowledge of circuit design, circuit simulation, and analysis\nTroubleshoot and diagnose problems/failures uncovered by circuit card tests\nPrepare investigation and test results to document findings\n US PERSON REQUIREMENT\n“Due to compliance with U.S. export control laws and regulations, candidate must be a U.S. person, which is defined as, a U.S. citizen, a U.S. permanent resident, or have protected status in the U.S. under asylum or refugee status.”\nYOU MUST HAVE\nBachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering, Power Electronics or equivalent\nTypically 15+ years working with circuit design integration and test experience \nWE VALUE\nExperience with MentorGraphix DxDesigner or equivalent circuit design tool set\nAnalog circuit design experience and standard lab equipment (meters, probes, etc.)\nHigh-power power electronics design for inverters\nAbility to produce white papers to document investigation findings, test results, and outcomes of trade studies\nKnowledge of obsolescence parts replacement, identification of substitute parts, and making board level drawing changes\nExperience with circuit design, circuit simulation, and analysis at a level required for fault isolation and hands-on troubleshooting\nFamiliarity with aircraft/aerospace test standards, such as DO-178B, DO-160, or DO-254 \nPAY AND BENEFITS\nThe annual base salary range for this position is .
