They play a critical role in ensuring that strategic plans are not only formulated but effectively implemented to drive the organization's success and long-term growth.\nKEY RESPONSIBILITIES\nLead and oversee the execution of customer programs\nManage and deliver customer programs within scope, schedule, and budget\nEnsure alignment of customer programs with strategic objectives\nIdentify and mitigate program risks and issues\nCollaborate with cross-functional teams and customers to ensure program success\nProvide leadership and guidance to program teams\nMonitor and report program performance metrics\n US CITIZENSHIP REQUIREMENT\nMust be a US Citizen due to contractual requirements.\nYOU MUST HAVE\nMinimum of 6 years of experience in program management or related roles\nStrong leadership and team management skills\nExcellent strategic thinking and problem-solving skills\nStrong understanding of program management principles and methodologies\nObtain or ability to obtain a secret security clearance, ability to obtain TS/SCI\nWE VALUE\nBachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or related field\nMaster's degree in Engineering, Business, or related field\nProject Management Professional (PMP) certification\nExperience in a global organization\nExperience in managing programs in a matrix organization\nStrong negotiation and influencing skills\nAbility to adapt to a fast-paced and changing environment\nBeyond a performance-driven salary, you'll work alongside dedicated experts on technology that's advancing aviation.
