Honeywell Aerospace offers a hybrid work schedule with both in-office and remote options.\nIn this role, you will support the aerospace business by leading platform specific hardware development with third-party suppliers and driving the innovative application of Heads-Up Displays (HUD) for the Anthem Avionics suite on leading business jet platforms.\n KEY RESPONSIBILITIES\nLead and manage aerospace programs to ensure successful execution and delivery aligned with customer and business goals\nDefine program scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with cross-functional teams\nDevelop and implement detailed program plans including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation\nMonitor program progress and ensure adherence to schedules and budgets\nIdentify, assess, and mitigate risks and issues impacting program delivery\nCoordinate communication with stakeholders to provide updates and resolve concerns\nDrive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize program management processes\nExtensive experience in aerospace program management with a proven record of delivering complex projects on time and within budget\nStrong expertise in defining program scope, resource allocation, budget management, and risk mitigation\nProficiency with program management tools, measures and methodologies tailored to aerospace industry requirements\nIn-depth knowledge of aerospace industry standards, regulations, and best practices\nWE VALUE\nBachelor’s degree from an accredited institution in a technical discipline such as the sciences, technology, engineering or mathematics.\nExperience managing large-scale aerospace or defense programs\nExperience leading complex Software and electronic Hardware development.\nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail\nAbility to lead cross-functional teams and drive collaboration\nAdaptability to changing program requirements and business priorities\nPassion for innovation and continuous improvement\nBeyond a performance-driven salary, you'll work alongside dedicated experts on technology that's advancing aviation.
