You will be responsible for moderately complex troubleshooting, maintaining and operating equipment, and assisting in implementing process improvements. Your technical expertise and attention to detail will be essential in maintaining high standards of quality and efficiency.\nIn this role, you will impact on the efficiency and reliability of our supply chain operations, contributing to the overall success of the business by ensuring that equipment and processes run optimally. Your work will help minimize downtime, improve productivity, and support the continuous improvement of our supply chain operations.\n KEY RESPONSIBILITIES\nOperate and calibrate test systems according to specifications and safety guidelines.\nTesting verification and reporting of devices under test.\nTroubleshoot and resolve moderately complex technical issues related to devices under test, including diagnosing minor problems, identifying root causes, and implementing appropriate solutions.\nCollaborate with cross functional teams to support the implementation of test setups, upgrades and modifications\nUnderstanding of test procedures.\nDocument all test activities in appropriate software, including updating equipment records and preparing reports.\n The Honeywell Aerospace building is a controlled goods program (CGP) environment. Candidates must be eligible for CGP security clearance.\nYOU MUST HAVE\nHigh school diploma.\nMinimum 2 years of experience in an electronic testing role.\nMust have the ability to lift up to 35lbs.\nWE VALUE\nExperience in a manufacturing or supply chain environment.\nStrong computer skills (Office 365).\nKnowledge of process improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma).\nFollow procedures (Sop’s, Maps, Drawings, etc.).\nAbility to work independently and as part of a team.\nStrong organizational and time management skills.\nStrong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.\nProficiency in using technical tools and equipment.\nUnderstanding of RF Theory.\nThe annual base salary range for this position is $50,000 to $70,000 in Kanata, Ontario.
