Help to build a strong, diverse team by recruiting talent, identifying, and developing successors, driving retention and engagement, and fostering an inclusive culture\n Design, development, and testing of software solutions that enhance our aerospace products and services, ensuring alignment with project requirements and timeline.\nCollaborate with cross-functional teams to define software specifications and enhance system performance.\nResponsible for executing project subtasks in order to meet customer specifications.\nConducts technical interchange of task level information (system requirements, specifications.) with team members and internal customers.\nContribute with software documentation, including user manuals, technical specifications, and project reports.\nAbility to code in multiple languages (with object-oriented languages like e.g. C++)\nTravel, up to 10%, may be expected.\n YOU MUST HAVE:\nBachelor’s degree from an accredited institution in a technical discipline such as the sciences, technology, engineering or mathematics \n5+ years of embedded software development experience (full life cycle)\nWE VALUE:\nBachelor’s degree in engineering or computer science-focused line of study\nStrong experience with Embedded RTOS, such as VxWorks®, Linux, Integrity®, Deos™\nStrong experience with computer architecture, networking and computer communications (e.g. A429, I2C, SPI, UART)\nAerospace embedded software development experience\nProficient with C, C++ and Phyton programming languages. Assembly language experience.\nSoftware verification and validation experience\nAwareness about DO-178 B/C\nExperience with various software development lifecycle\nExperience of JIRA, Bitbucket, DOORS, and Microsoft Visual Studio\nExperience of software configuration management and change management practices\nDiverse and global teaming and collaboration\nIndividuals who are self-motivated and able to work with little supervision, who consistently take the initiative to get things done, do things before being asked by others or forced to by events\nAnalytical skills & software development skills\nGood communicator with a wide degree of creativity and latitude.
