Every day.\n Key Responsibility:\nLead and directly manage all manufacturing activities for Electrical New Product Development mostly manufactured in APAC (Penang) with adhoc support to Global programs in US\nReport status regularly to Program Manager\nPartnering with Engineering, Quality, Sourcing, GS&I to determine the best supply chain to meet manufacturing cost targets\nManage capital request and execution for new tooling & equipment\nEnsure site implement all APQP artifacts (Control Plan, PFMEA, MSA,...)\nCoordinate with site planner & site manufacturing engineer for first hardware production batches. Monitor Yield (RTY) and drive RCCA to meet RTY>96%\nEnsure product cost meet greensheet target before going into production\nYou Must Have:\nBachelor’s Degree in an Electrical/Manufacturing Engineering discipline with 10 plus years of experience in Electrical Engineering, Integrated Supply Chain, Manufacturing Operations\nFive plus years of Project Engineering/Manufacturing Engineering leadership experience\nStrong understanding of general principles of electrical design and manufacturing processes. Be able to evaluate engineering designs for producibility, cost, and quality.\nGreen belt certified; Black Belt, Lean Expert, or PMP certified will be a plus\nself-motivated & self starter, ability to generate own new opportunities/ideas in complex organizations and drive projects to success.\nProfessional written and verbal communications skills in English\nWe Value:\nExperience working in a manufacturing environment (Hands-on manufacturing shop-floor experience is a plus)\nSolid understanding of the cost structure of typical manufacturing processes of electrical/mechanical products (Printed Circuit Board, Printed Circuit Board Assembly, Cable harness, electrical unit assembly and test, machining, casting) \nEffective global communication, presentation, leadership, teaming and people skills.\nCross-functional working experience between multi-site environments.\nAbility to meet tight deadlines, high degree of focus on quality of work product.\nAble to prioritize and manage multiple project/programs with limited and shared resources.\nOwnership and accountability\nNegotiation skill\nExperience of should-cost analyses is a plus\nINCLUDES\nFlexible work hours\nOccasional
