Your expertise will be essential in driving innovative projects that enhance our product offerings and meet the evolving needs of our customers.\nKEY RESPONSIBILITIES\nPerform product engineering role for various Modular Avionics Unit (MAU) sub-assembly end items\nLead the design and development of advanced hardware systems for aerospace applications.\nCollaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project execution and adherence to quality standards.\nDrive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance hardware performance and reliability.\nReport to: Engineering Manager\nLocation: Phoenix, AZ\nWork Shift: M-F hybrid after 90 days\n YOU MUST HAVE\nBachelor’s degree from an accredited institution in a technical discipline such as science, technology, engineering, mathematics.\n5+ years of experience in hardware design and development.\nExperience in the Product Engineering role, including creating M.I.s/Deviations; The Teamcenter IR/ECN process, MOD Board, Change Impact Analysis process, and Configuration Management tools\nStrong knowledge of hardware design principles and methodologies.\nProficiency in schematic capture and PCB layout tools, with experience in hardware testing and validation.\nExperience with embedded systems and familiarity with relevant design tools and technologies.\nWE VALUE\nMaster's degree in electrical engineering or a related field.\nExperience in the aerospace industry.\nStrong leadership and team management skills.\nInnovative mindset and a passion for technology.\nExcellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.\nU.S. PERSON REQUIREMENT\nDue to compliance with U.S. export control laws and regulations, candidate must be a U.S. Person, which is defined as, a U.S. citizen, a U.S. permanent resident, or have protected status in the U.S. under asylum or refugee status or have the ability to obtain an export authorization.\nBENEFITS OF WORKING AT HONEYWELL AEROSPACE\nBeyond a performance-driven salary, you'll work alongside dedicated experts on technology that's advancing aviation.
