Help build a strong, diverse team by recruiting talent, identifying, and developing successors, driving retention and engagement, and fostering an inclusive culture.\nKEY RESPONSIBILITIES\nSupport software integration activities for multiple programs, ensuring seamless collaboration across teams.\nImplement and manage DevSecOps practices to enhance software development and deployment processes.\nUtilize configuration management systems such as ClearCase, Bitbucket, and Git to maintain code integrity and version control.\nUtilize CI/CD pipeline, code quality and security applications such as Bitbucket, GitHub, Bamboo, SonarQube, Coverity, Black Duck and Coverity.\nDevelop and maintain scripts using Python, PowerShell, and Batch, as well as Makefile for automation and efficiency.\nUpgrade current AeroSPS (Aerospace Software Production System) infrastructure to a modern and sustainable DevOps framework.\nSupport in the digitization of metrics and health monitoring for our infrastructure and build systems.\nReport to: Senior Engineering Manager\nLocation: Phoenix, AZ (Deer Valley)\nWork Schedule: M-F, hybrid (3 days in office and 2 days remote, after 90 days)\n YOU MUST HAVE\nBachelor’s degree from an accredited institution in a technical discipline such as science, technology, engineering, mathematics.\n5+ years of experience in software engineering with a focus on DevSecOps.\nStrong knowledge of configuration management systems including ClearCase, Atlassian BitBucket, and Git.\nStrong knowledge of CI/CD pipelines\nProficiency in scripting languages such as Python, PowerShell, and Batch, along with experience in Makefile.\nDemonstrated ability to lead integration activities and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.\nWE VALUE\nAdvanced degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.\nExperience with compiler and linker options.
