Help to build a strong, diverse team by recruiting talent, identifying and developing successors, driving retention and engagement, and fostering an inclusive culture.\nKey Responsibilities\nDesign and develop test strategies and plans for product testing\nCollaborate with cross-functional teams to execute test plans and ensure accurate and efficient testing\nAnalyze test results and provide recommendations for product improvements\nDrive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance testing processes and efficiency\nDevelop and implement innovative test strategies to ensure product quality and reliability..\n YOU MUST HAVE\nBachelor’s degree from an accredited institution in technical disciplines such as the sciences, technology, engineering or mathematics.\n5 years of experience in test engineering within the aerospace industry.\nKnowledge of test methodologies and tools specific to aerospace products.\nFamiliarity in test facility setup and correlation testing with production assets.\nProficiency in using testing tools and technologies such as MATLAB, LabVIEW, or similar software.\nWE VALUE\nExperience in aerospace product testing and evaluation.\nTechnical knowledge of air cooled and oil cooled generators, actuation systems, valves, and/or starters.\nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills.\nAttention to detail and strong organizational skills.\nContinuous learning mindset and ability to adapt to changing priorities.\nABOUT HONEYWELL AEROSPACE\nJoin a company that's reintroducing itself to the aviation community we've helped advance for more than a century.
