For the first 90 days, New Hires must be prepared to work 100% onsite M-F.\nIn this role, you will impact the development of advanced hardware systems that contribute to safer, more efficient, and innovative aerospace technologies, helping Honeywell maintain its leadership in the aerospace market.\n Assist in the design and development of complex hardware systems including schematic capture and PCB layout\nCollaborate with cross-functional teams to define and refine hardware requirements and specifications\nSupport hardware testing and validation activities to ensure product performance and reliability\nProvide technical support and troubleshooting for hardware design issues\nStay current with industry trends and emerging hardware technologies\n YOU MUST HAVE\nBachelor’s degree from an accredited institution in a technical discipline such as science, technology, engineering, mathematics\n2+ years of experience in hardware design and development, preferably in aerospace or related industries\nStrong knowledge of hardware design principles, schematic capture, and PCB layout tools\nExperience with hardware testing and validation methodologies to ensure product quality\nFamiliarity with industry standards and best practices for hardware development in aerospace applications\nWE VALUE\nAdvanced degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field\nExperience working in the aerospace industry or on aerospace hardware projects\nKnowledge of high-speed digital and analog circuit design\nExperience with FPGA or microcontroller-based hardware designs\nStrong problem-solving skills and attention to detail\nU.S. PERSON REQUIREMENT\nDue to compliance with U.S. export control laws and regulations, candidate must be a U.S. Person, which is defined as, a U.S. citizen, a U.S. permanent resident, or have protected status in the U.S. under asylum or refugee status or have the ability to obtain an export authorization.\nBENEFITS\nBeyond a performance-driven salary, you'll work alongside dedicated experts on technology that's advancing aviation.
