Your ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and influence stakeholders will ensure that HSE considerations are integrated into business processes and decision-making, contributing to the overall success and reputation of our business as a responsible and sustainable organization.\n Assist in developing and implementing HSE strategies that align with the organization's mission, ensuring a culture of safety, health, and environmental responsibility. \nLead and manage a team of HSE professionals, including engineers, specialists, and support staff, ensuring efficient and effective HSE engineering practices. \nEnsure that the organization complies with all relevant health, safety, and environmental regulations, permits, and certifications. \n YOU MUST HAVE\nAt least 3 years of experience in HSE engineering \nLeadership and team management skills. \nKnowledge of health, safety, and environmental regulations and best practices.\nProficiency in budget management and financial acumen. \nWE VALUE\nBachelor's degree in engineering, environmental science, or a related field. \nAt least 3 years of leadership and direct team management skills. \nPassion for promoting a culture of safety and environmental stewardship. \nStrong business acumen and ability to align HSE engineering with organizational goals. \nDue to compliance with U.S. export control laws and regulations, candidate mustbe a U.S. person, which is defined as, a U.S. citizen, a U.S. permanent resident, orhave protected status in the U.S. under asylum or refugee status.\nThe annual base salary range for this position is $124,000 - $154,000.
