As a Lead RF Engineer, you will help to build a strong, diverse team by identifying and developing successors, driving retention and engagement, and fostering an inclusive culture\n KEY RESPONSIBILITIES\nLead and manage a team of RF engineers\nLead the design and development of RF sub-systems and products including antenna interface design, RF circuit design, and system integration\nCollaborate with cross-functional teams including hardware, software, mechanical, process and systems engineering to deliver integrated solutions\nConduct circuit, system and sub-system level analysis and optimization\nCollaborate with customers to understand their requirements and provide innovative solutions\nStay updated with the latest RF technologies and industry trends\n YOU MUST HAVE\nBachelor’s degree from an accredited institution in a technical discipline such as science, technology, engineering, mathematics\nMinimum of 6 years of experience in RF engineering\nStrong knowledge of RF communication systems and RF design principles\nProficiency in simulation and analysis tools\nExcellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills\nWE VALUE\nAdvanced degrees such as Master’s or PhD in Electrical Engineering or related fields\nExperience leading engineering teams and managing projects\nStrong leadership and communication skills\nAbility to work effectively in cross-functional teams\nPassion for innovation and continuous learning\nKnowledge of regulatory requirements and standards\nABOUT US\nJoin a company that's reintroducing itself to the aviation community we've helped advance for more than a century.
