You will apply engineering principles to create innovative solutions that support product development and manufacturing processes.\nIn this role, you will impact the successful delivery of mechanical design projects by collaborating with cross-functional teams, ensuring design accuracy, and supporting the integration of mechanical systems within larger assemblies.\nYou will report directly to our Sr Systems Engineering Manager and you’ll work 100% onsite at our Glendale, AZ location.\nKEY RESPONSIBILITIES\nDevelop detailed mechanical designs and drawings using CAD software to meet project requirements.\nCollaborate with engineering, manufacturing, and quality teams to ensure design feasibility and manufacturability.\nSupport prototype development and testing activities to validate mechanical designs.\n YOU MUST HAVE\n0-2 years of experience in mechanical design and development\nBachelor’s degree from an accredited institution in a technical discipline such as science, technology, engineering, mathematics\nBasic knowledge of mechanical design principles and methodologies\nProficiency in CAD software for mechanical design and familiarity with design tools\nUnderstanding of mechanical analysis and simulation concepts is a plus\nWE VALUE\nAdvanced degrees such as a Master’s in Mechanical Engineering or related fields\nInternship or co-op experience in mechanical design or related engineering roles\nAerospace/Space industry/academic experience\nStrong problem-solving skills and attention to detail\nAbility to work collaboratively in a team environment\nWillingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and tools\nUS CITIZEN REQUIREMENT\nMust be a US Citizen due to contractual requirements\nNo Sponsorships - We are not currently sponsoring applicants for work visas for this job.
