This role requires strong RF technical knowledge coupled with strong communication skills.\n KEY RESPONSIBILITIES\nPerform RF hardware design, requirements specification compliance analysis, RF simulations (Microwave Office, HFSS), design validation, product integration oversight and transition to production support.\nTechnical lead for projects guiding a team of highly skilled engineers with diverse RF, analog and testing experience to achieve technical compliance within schedule and budget.\nTechnical lead for proposals.\nProvide labor estimates for both recurring and non-recurring engineering. \n YOU MUST HAVE\nBachelor’s degree from an accredited institution in a technical discipline such as the sciences, technology, engineering or mathematics\n5+ years related experience designing and developing advanced miniature microwave subsystems and components.\nExperience with linear, non-linear, and EM simulations.\nMust be able to obtain and maintain a Secret Clearance.\nWE VALUE\nDirect DoD experience designing converters and synthesizers up to 40 GHz.\nExperience with ADS, MWO, HFSS, and Sonnet.\nPrior successful project engineering experience is a plus.\nCOMPENSATION AND BENEFITS\nThe annual base salary range for this position is $194K - $242K.
