workshop\nCollaborate with functions that support both Operations and Material teams (eg Engineering, Quality) to ensure improvement activities align with their requirements and needs\nInternship Learning Opportunities\nGain hands-on experience on how to improve/optimize Production processes and Material replenishment methods and systems.\nLearn practical application of continuous improvement Lean methodologies and concepts such as 7 Waste, 5S, Values Stream Mapping, Visual Controls and Material flow and Replenishment.\nAdditional exposure to engineering role in introducing new capabilities (engine models) at the site.\nGain experience in managing projects and working with different levels of the organization.\nParticipate in digital transformation (eg real-time visualization of Production Status) and smart manufacturing initiatives (eg RFID implementation).\nRequirements:\nCurrently pursuing a Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related engineering discipline.\nAvailable for a 6-month internship (preferred).\nSelf-study to gain basic entry level knowledge in Lean concepts, production and material management systems and principles (pull/push systems, Kanban concepts, material handling methods and technology)\nSelf-motivated and proactive, with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.\nExcellent teamwork skills with effective interpersonal and communication capabilities.\nAble to work independently and collaborate effectively in a cross-functional
