This position requires working on-site and a 9/80 work schedule.\nIn this role, you will impact the successful execution and delivery of aerospace engineering projects, driving operational excellence, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.\nKEY RESPONSIBILITIES\nLead and manage aerospace/defense programs to ensure successful execution and delivery\nDefine project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with cross-functional teams\nDevelop and implement project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation\nMonitor project progress and ensure adherence to timelines and budgets\nIdentify and mitigate risks and issues that may impact project delivery\nCoordinate and communicate with internal and external stakeholders to provide project updates and address concerns\nDrive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance project management processes and practices\n US PERSON REQUIREMENT\nDue to compliance with U.S. export control laws and regulations, candidate must be a U.S. person, which is defined as, a U.S. citizen, a U.S. permanent resident, or have protected status in the U.S. under asylum or refugee status.\nYOU MUST HAVE\n6+ years of experience in Program management or Engineering roles within aerospace or related fields\nProven track record of successfully delivering complex aerospace engineering projects on time and within budget\nStrong leadership and project management skills specific to aerospace programs\nExperience with aerospace industry standards, regulatory requirements, and quality management systems\nProficiency in project management tools and methodologies relevant to aerospace engineering\nWE VALUE\nBachelor’s degree in Business, or Engineering or related field.
