You will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify quality issues, implement corrective actions, and drive continuous improvement initiatives that enhance product reliability and customer satisfaction.\nYou will report directly to our Quality Manager and you’ll work out of our Lansdale, PA location on an On-site work schedule.\nIn this role, you will impact product quality and operational excellence by utilizing your expertise in quality management systems, root cause analysis, and problem-solving techniques to support manufacturing and engineering teams in meeting stringent quality standards.\n KEY RESPONSIBILITIES\nSupport the implementation and maintenance of quality management systems to ensure compliance with industry standards and customer requirements.\nConduct root cause analysis and lead corrective and preventive action (CAPA) processes to resolve quality issues effectively.\nCollaborate with manufacturing and engineering teams to develop and execute quality plans, audits, and inspections that drive continuous improvement.\n YOU MUST HAVE\nBachelor’s degree from an accredited institution in a technical discipline such as science, technology, engineering, mathematics\n3+ years of experience in quality engineering or a related role within manufacturing or aerospace industries\nStrong knowledge of quality management systems, root cause analysis, and corrective action processes\nProficiency in quality tools such as Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (FMEA), Statistical Process Control (SPC), and audit techniques to ensure product and process quality\nExperience with quality standards such as AS9100 and ISO 9001, and familiarity with regulatory compliance requirements\nWE VALUE\nAdvanced degree in Engineering or related technical field (e.g., Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering)\nExperience in aerospace or defense manufacturing environments\nKnowledge of Six Sigma methodologies and certifications such as Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt\nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills with a continuous improvement mindset\nExperience with quality data analysis software and tools\nABOUT HONEYWELL AEROSPACE\nJoin a company that's reintroducing itself to the aviation community we've helped advance for more than a century.
