Day shift 6:30am start time.\nAs a Test Technician Level 3, you’ll perform operational testing on a variety of moderately complex RF and microwave production components of varying complexity. In the Test Technician role, you’ll be critical to the successful production and technical support for our Engineering and other teams in ensuring our products achieve their intended functions and delivery schedule in a satisfactory manner to all of our customers.\nDetermines compliance to test specifications, using methods and procedures from schematics, drawings, standard work, and block diagrams.\nTasks including but not limited to: set-up, calibration, and testing and troubleshooting of instruments, RF and DC circuits, assemblies, components, and other systems and equipment. \nPerform tasks on Medium Complexity Hardware, \nAssist in the selection and set-up of specialized test equipment, \nMay provide guidance to entry level production test technicians and support workers \nKnowledge of equipment associated within the Test functions in a manufacturing environment\nBasic computer skills (Word, Excel, Timekeeping system, ERP system, Routing, etc.)\nPossess a Valid security clearance either or the ability to obtain one\nRequired experience in Top Assembly RF tuning, preferred subassembly tuning experience\nManually tuning and testing RF devices to specific parameters, 1- 28 GHZ\nExperience Measuring competency medium- high complex complexity hardware.\nDemonstrated understanding of AS 9100\noperating within an RF test and measurement science background, inclusive of measurement techniques for power, s-parameters, noise figure and other crucial RF/mmW test parameters.\nExperience with RF hardware designintegration and measurement system programming.\nFamiliarity with advanced automation and mechanical test fixture designs.\nExperience in defense, aerospace, or military industry.\nKnowledge of radar principles.\nWE VALUE:\nExperience with RF hardware designintegration and measurement system programming.\nFamiliarity with advanced automation and mechanical test fixture designs.\nExperience in defense, aerospace, or military industry.\nExperience troubleshooting to a component level: MMIC amps, SMT resistors/capacitors/diodes, RF board tuning\nPhysical Requirements:\nUse hands to handle, control, or feel objects, small tools, or controls\nReach with hands and arms\nSitting.
