Help to build a strong, diverse team by recruiting talent, identifying, and developing successors, driving retention and engagement, and fostering an inclusive culture.\n Lead advanced test equipment engineering projects from concept through completion, ensuring alignment with business goals and technical requirements.\nCollaborate with cross-functional teams including design, manufacturing, and quality to drive project success and innovation.\nManage project schedules, budgets, and resources effectively to meet or exceed project deliverables.\n YOU MUST HAVE\nBachelor’s degree from an accredited institution in a technical discipline such as science, technology, engineering, mathematics\n6 or more years of experience in advanced project engineering or related engineering roles within aerospace or a similar industry\nStrong knowledge of project management principles, engineering design processes, and aerospace industry standards\nProficiency in project management tools and engineering software such as MS Project and data analysis software to effectively plan and execute projects\nExperience with risk management, quality assurance, and regulatory compliance in aerospace projects\nStrong communication and stakeholder management skills and experiences\nWE VALUE\nAdvanced degrees such as a Master’s or Ph.D. in Aerospace Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related fields\nExperience leading cross-functional teams and managing complex aerospace projects\nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on innovation and continuous improvement\nKnowledge of emerging aerospace technologies and manufacturing processes\nAbility to work effectively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities\nDue to compliance with U.S. export control laws and regulations, candidate must be a U.S. person, which is defined as, a U.S. citizen, a U.S. permanent resident, or have protected status in the U.S. under asylum or refugee status.\nSPONSORSHIP\nWe are currently not sponsoring applicants for work visas for this job.
