This position requires working on-site on a 9/80 work schedule.\nIn this role, you will impact the aerospace and defense business by driving operational excellence, fostering innovation, and ensuring the successful delivery of critical aerospace programs that enhance flight safety, efficiency, and sustainability.\nKEY RESPONSIBILITIES\nLead and manage aerospace and defense programs to ensure successful execution and delivery aligned with customer and business goals\nDefine program scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with cross-functional teams\nDevelop and implement detailed program plans including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation\nMonitor program progress and ensure adherence to schedules and budgets\nIdentify, assess, and mitigate risks and issues impacting program delivery\nCoordinate communication with stakeholders to provide updates and resolve concerns\nDrive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize program management processes\nDevelop proposals for new or repeat business opportunities and present to Senior Leadership\n US PERSON REQUIREMENT:\nDue to compliance with U.S. export control laws and regulations, candidate must be a U.S. Person, which is defined as, a U.S. citizen, a U.S. permanent resident, or have protected status in the U.S. under asylum or refugee status or have the ability to obtain an export authorization.\nMUST HAVE: \nExtensive experience in aerospace program management with a proven record of delivering complex projects on time and within budget\nStrong expertise in defining program scope, resource allocation, budget management, and risk mitigation\nProficiency with program management tools and methodologies tailored to aerospace industry requirements\nDemonstrated experience developing and presenting complex proposals for new and follow-on business opportunities\nIn-depth knowledge of aerospace industry standards, regulations, and best practices\nWE VALUE:\nBachelor’s degree from an accredited institution in a technical discipline such as the sciences, technology, engineering or mathematics.\nExperience managing large-scale aerospace or defense programs\nExperience with RF technology, radar or EW systems\nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail\nAbility to lead cross-functional teams and drive collaboration\nAdaptability to changing program requirements and business priorities\nPassion for innovation and continuous improvement\nThis position requires Project Management Professional (PMP) or Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM) certification, which certification of the two will be determined by the level of the position & meeting the minimum experience requirements of the certification. Candidates who do not currently hold the certification required for their position level must obtain the applicable certification within six (6) months of hire.
