This role will involve conducting internal audits in accordance with the requirements of our QMS and the AS9100 standard.\nChallenges: Growing expectation to expand and strengthen the internal audit schedule. Previous employee who led internal audit schedule is retiring within a few months.\nOpportunities: Have mostly free reign to make internal auditing more efficient for the site, which will lead to less external audit findings.\n You Must Have\nBachelor’s Degree in an Engineering field.\n5+ years’ experience in Quality Assurance in an ISO 9001/AS9100 or equivalent regulated industry.\nExperience conducting or hosting audits in an ISO 9001/AS9100 or equivalent regulated industry.\nProficiency in leading and performing RCCA for internal and external CARs.\nProficiency in Microsoft Office.\nComfortable communicating with external parties.\nMUST be US Citizen only to obtain Secret Clearance.\nWe Value\nBachelor’s Degree in Electrical/Mechanical/Aerospace Engineering.\nExperience managing ESD or FOD programs.\nExperience conducting or hosting AS9100 QMS audits.\nPrevious experience working for a government contractor aerospace company.\nProficient with the TipQA software.\nLead auditor certification for ISO 9001 and/or AS9100.\nDue to compliance with U.S. export control laws and regulations, candidate must be a U.S. person, which is defined as, a U.S. citizen, a U.S. permanent resident, or have protected status in the U.S. under asylum or refugee status.\nNo sponsorships - We are not currently sponsoring applicants for work visa for this job.
