You will oversee production teams, coordinate schedules, and implement continuous improvement initiatives to meet quality and productivity targets.\nYou will report directly to our Site Leadership, and you’ll work out of our Lansdale, Pennsylvania location on an On-site work schedule.\nIn this role, you will impact the operational efficiency and output quality of the production line, driving the success of the supply chain and contributing to the overall growth and sustainability of the business.\nKEY RESPONSIBILITIES\nSupervise and coordinate daily production activities to meet production goals and deadlines.\nLead and develop production team members, fostering a positive and productive work environment.\nUtilize performance metrics to drive efficiency and address performance deficiency. \nHold performance reviews with your employees on a minimum bi-annual basis.\nImplement and monitor continuous improvement initiatives to optimize production processes and reduce waste.\nEnsure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards throughout production operations.\nCollaborate with cross-functional teams including supply chain, quality assurance, and maintenance to ensure seamless production flow.\n Must have or be eligible for a security clearance due to contractual requirements.\nYOU MUST HAVE\nExperience in production supervision within integrated supply chain environments, demonstrating ability to manage teams and production schedules effectively.\nAbility to analyze performance data to drive process improvements.\nStrong knowledge of manufacturing processes, production planning, and quality control standards.\nKnowledge of RF electrical testing theory, processes, and equipment, along with experience testing and troubleshooting aerospace microelectronics and circuit cards.\nProficiency with ERP systems and production management software to monitor and optimize production workflows.\nAbility to implement lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies to enhance operational efficiency.\nWE VALUE\nBachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).\nProven leadership experience in a manufacturing or production test environment with a track record of driving team performance and operational excellence.\nStrong problem-solving skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.\nExperience with safety and regulatory compliance in production settings.\nFamiliarity with continuous improvement tools such as Six Sigma or Kaizen is a plus.\nEXPORT COMPLIANCE\nDue to compliance with U.S. export control laws and regulations, candidate must be a U.S. person, which is defined as, a U.S. citizen, a U.S. permanent resident, or have protected status in the U.S. under asylum or refugee status\nNo Sponsorships - We are not currently sponsoring applicants for work visas for this job.
