You will provide strategic direction, drive program execution, guide teams, ensure quality assurance, timely delivery, issue resolution, data accuracy, reporting, cost management, cross-functional collaboration, process improvement, risk management, mentoring and development, innovation, compliance, and program excellence. Your contributions will be instrumental in ensuring the successful execution and enhancement of programs, which, in turn, can contribute to the organization's overall success and performance driven in the market.\n KEY RESPONSIBILITIES\nGuide and oversee the execution of complex programs\nDevelop and implement hardware reviews and improvement actions\nDrive program improvement actions to closure within schedule, budget, and scope • Manage and deliver programs within scope, schedule, and budget • Ensure alignment of programs with strategic objectives • Identify and mitigate program risks and issues\nCoordinate program dependencies within the schedule\nWork with cross-functional teams and customers to ensure program success • Provide guidance to engineering execution teams driving alignment with hardware quality\nThis position requires Project Management Professional (PMP) or Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM) certification, which certification of the two will be determined by the level of the position & meeting the minimum experience requirements of the certification. Candidates who do not currently hold the certification required for their position level must obtain the applicable certification within six (6) months of hire.
