relationships with global OEM customers and technology partners.\nEngineering Leadership\nLead systems & software engineering team responsible for design, development, integration, validation, and certification of aerospace software products.\nDrive execution excellence across the product lifecycle incorporating improvement culture driving reduction in cycle time, standardized workflows and quality improvements.\nEstablish technology direction for advanced avionics, autonomous systems, alternative navigation, AI/ML-enabled capabilities, and future flight deck solutions.\nPromote institutions and industry organizations.\n YOU MUST HAVE\nBachelor’s degree in engineering, Computer Science, Aerospace Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or related technical discipline.\nAt least 15+ years of experience in systems & software engineering, embedded systems, aerospace systems, or safety-critical product development.\nDemonstrated experience leading engineering teams and delivering complex technology programs.\nExperience managing customer and stakeholder relationships in a technical environment.\nWE VALUE\nMaster’s degree in engineering\nExperience in Aerospace, Avionics, UAS/UAM, Autonomous Systems, Robotics, Automotive Safety Systems, or other regulated industries.\nKnowledge of DO-178C, ARP4754A, ARP4761, Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE), and software certification processes.\nExperience with SCADE, embedded software development, flight deck applications, avionics integration, and real-time systems.\nStrong business acumen with the ability to balance technical strategy, execution excellence and business objectives.\nDemonstrated ability to lead through influence in a global organization.\nPassion for innovation and technology
