Every day.\nYou will also support the manufacturing and continuous improvement of microwave and RF subsystems.\nKey Responsibilities:\nEvaluate hands-on resolution of technical issues that affect product yield or throughput.\nInterface technically with suppliers, analyze field return failures, and apply root cause problem solving\nDrive continuous product improvement projects.\nProject lead new product introduction teams.\nMaintain daily communication with the production team and ensure all technical issues are being addressed.\nParticipate in customer visits and teleconferences.\nDevelop and maintain documentation.\nReport to: Senior Advanced Engineering Manager\nLocation: San Jose, CA\nWork Schedule: M-F (9/80 work week after 90 days)\n YOU MUST HAVE:\nBachelor's degree from an accredited institution in a technical discipline such as the sciences, technology, engineering or mathematics. \n2+ years directly related Manufacturing Engineering experience with RF/microware circuits.\nThis position requires access to technology, materials, software or hardware that is controlled by US export laws. In order to be eligible for this position, you must be a “US Person” under US export laws (or eligible for approval under a U.S. Government export license)\nAbility to obtain and maintain security clearance.\nWE VALUE:\nBachelor's degree in electrical engineering.\nKnowledge of microwave circuits, including amplifiers, filters, frequency multipliers, high power limiters, oscillators, switches, and mixers. \nExcellent written and verbal communication skills.\nFamiliarity with production processes such as lean Six Sigma, continuous improvement, and SPC.\nThe annual base salary range for this position is $90,400 - $113,200.
