establish effective processes, and align global teams around the priorities that matter most.\n KEY RESPONSIBILITIES\nLead complex, cross-functional Physical AI and software programs from business case and concept through proof of concept, development, testing, customer deployment, productization and launch. \nTranslate strategic priorities into clear roadmaps, milestones, ownership and execution plans. \nDrive cross-team prioritization and alignment, balancing customer needs, business priorities, technical dependencies, resources and investment. \nConnect the dots across programs and teams, identify dependencies, risks and gaps early, and drive timely decisions and resolutions. \nEstablish and continuously improve processes, operating mechanisms and execution rhythms that bring clarity, accountability and predictability to rapidly evolving programs. \nOwn program and portfolio financial management, including budget planning, forecasting, resource planning, cost tracking and financial performance, partnering closely with Finance and functional leaders to ensure programs deliver within committed investments. \nProvide leadership and oversight across the UX portfolio, ensuring UX priorities and resources are aligned with product roadmaps, customer needs and program commitments. \nPartners with UX and Product leaders to ensure customer experience and user needs are integrated early in the product-development lifecycle, from discovery and concept through productization. \nPartner closely with AI, Engineering, Product Management, UX, Operations, Finance, Sales and business leaders to deliver high-quality customer solutions. \nEstablish influential partnerships across a global, matrixed organization and effectively engage stakeholders at all levels. \nDrive execution against committed scope, schedule, resources, budget and business outcomes, while adapting quickly as priorities evolve. \nRecommend and drive improvements to products, programs and ways of working based on insights from internal and external stakeholders. \nHelp build a high-performing Technical Program Management organization, with strong standards, operating rhythms and a culture of ownership and accountability. \nEnable the transition of innovative concepts and customer pilots into repeatable, scalable product offerings that deliver measurable customer and business outcomes. \n YOU MUST HAVE\nBachelor’s degree from an accredited institution in a technical discipline such as the sciences, technology, engineering, or mathematics\n10+ years of experience in technical program management, engineering, software/product development or related technology fields. \n7+ years of experience leading complex, cross-functional programs and/or teams. \nSignificant experience managing large-scale technology or product-development programs. \nDemonstrated experience with program financial management, including budgets, forecasting, resource planning and cost management. \nDemonstrated ability to lead and influence global, cross-functional teams in a matrixed organization. \nStrong problem-solving skills and the ability to understand and navigate complex technical programs. \nExcellent written and verbal communication, facilitation, collaboration and stakeholder-management skills. \nWE VALUE\nMaster’s degree in Engineering, Technology, Business or equivalent experience. \nExperience with AI/ML, industrial software, building automation, industrial automation, IoT or connected products. \nExperience taking emerging technologies from proof of concept and customer pilots through productization and scale. \nExperience working closely with or leading UX/design teams and incorporating customer-centered design into product development. \nNPI execution or end-to-end product lifecycle experience. \nPMP or equivalent program-management certification. \nAbility to connect the dots across complex programs, technologies, teams and dependencies and translate them into actionable execution plans. \nDemonstrated ability to create processes and operating mechanisms where a playbook may not already exist. \nStrong prioritization skills and the ability to align diverse stakeholders around common objectives. \nAbility to make decisions and drive progress in an environment of ambiguity, complexity and changing priorities. \nAbility to establish influential partnerships at all levels of an organization. \nBroad cross-functional experience spanning technology, product, UX, finance, operations, sales and innovation. \nStrong execution mindset with a persistent drive for results, ownership and accountability. \nCuriosity and enthusiasm for emerging technologies and the opportunity to turn AI innovation into meaningful real-world
