You will lead engineering teams, coordinate technical resources and drive successful project outcomes across commercial, healthcare, defence, transport and critical infrastructure sectors.\nKey Responsibilities\nLead engineering delivery across multiple BMS projects.\nCoordinate engineering resources, priorities and technical deliverables.\nProvide technical guidance, mentoring and support to engineering teams.\nManage technical risks, project scope and customer expectations.\nEnsure engineering quality, compliance and safety standards are achieved.\nPartner with project managers to deliver successful project outcomes.\nAbout You\nSignificant experience delivering Building Management Systems or Building Automation projects.\nDemonstrated leadership of engineering teams and technical resources.\nStrong stakeholder, customer and project management capabilities.\nExperience with Honeywell, Siemens, Schneider Electric, Johnson Controls, Niagara or Trend platforms.\nSound understanding of HVAC controls, DDC controls, BACnet and integrated building systems.\nEngineering degree or equivalent industry experience.\nCurrent NV1 Security Clearance or the ability to obtain one\nWho We Are\nThe Future Is What We Make It at Honeywell.
