This requires leading technical teams, defining the detailed scope requirements, through co-ordination with internal and external project stakeholders and developing and documenting the design. Validating this with the project stakeholders and coordinating work packages for local and remote project team members.\nThe role will suit a highly motivated person who enjoys working to the highest standards, in a fast-paced technical environment with a lot of variety.\nKey Responsibilities:\nResponsible for the overall execution of the systems design, engineering, implementation, commissioning and documentation of a project\nManagement of engineering scope and deviation across the portfolios of projects\nLeading and mentoring a team of engineers in delivery of complex building automation projects\nDrive and managing team compliance to Honeywell Engineering methodology and company policies\nDeploy standard methodologies in the delivery and control of engineering and commissioning of projects\nKey Experience & Capabilities:\nBachelor’s degree either in Electrical, Mechanical or Mechatronics Engineering or equivalent industry experience\n10 years’ experience in building Automation \nExperience in Building Manage Systems (BMS) highly preferred. Security will be considered\nUnderstanding of project, program management including engineering budget\nLeadership/supervisory experience on relevant projects, with strong on-site knowledge, design understanding, and coordination capability\nAbility to lead, coach a team, work cooperatively and provide technical direction in a team environment\nProven track record in building strong relationships with clients and customer engagement\nAbility to work under pressure and respond to requests in a timely manner\nSelf-motivated, with the ability to meet deadlines and determine own work priorities\nCan demonstrate financial and commercial acumen\nAbility to travel when required\nWho We Are\nThe Future Is What We Make It at Honeywell.
