Help to build a strong, diverse team by recruiting talent, identifying, and developing successors, driving retention and engagement, and fostering an inclusive culture.\n Key Responsibilities:\nMaintain, optimize, and improve facility infrastructure and utility systems, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and other building systems, to ensure safe, reliable, and efficient operations.\nLead and support facility-related projects, including capital improvements, equipment installations, system upgrades, shutdown activities, and utility tie-ins.\nDevelop, implement, and manage preventive and predictive maintenance programs, coordinating repairs, replacements, and upgrades to maximize asset reliability and performance.\nEnsure compliance with all applicable safety, environmental, regulatory, and building code requirements through routine inspections, audits, and maintenance activities.\nManage contractors and service providers, including contractor qualification/pre-approval processes, work oversight, and verification of safe, high-quality execution.\nAdminister facilities related purchasing activities, including requisitions, purchase orders, vendor quotations, and budget-conscious procurement of materials and services.\nMaintain accurate maintenance, inspection, repair, and engineering documentation, including procedures, records, and technical specifications.\nAnalyze facility performance and drive continuous improvement, energy conservation, and cost-reduction initiatives.\nCoordinate site services and facility readiness activities, including snow removal, shift-start building preparation, and emergency responses such as fire or burglar alarms.\nCollaborate with Manufacturing, Maintenance, HSE, and Operations teams to support business objectives, operational excellence, and facility reliability.\nProvide technical guidance and mentorship to maintenance personnel and junior technicians.\n You Must Have:\nBachelor's degree from an accredited institution in a technical discipline such as science, technology, engineering, mathematics\n3+ years of experience supporting facilities, maintenance, utilities, or manufacturing operations.\nExperience with facility systems including HVAC, electrical distribution, plumbing, compressed air, and building infrastructure.\nExperience leading or supporting facility improvement projects and equipment installations.\nKnowledge of OSHA, environmental, and building code requirements.\nExperience managing contractors and coordinating external service providers.\nStrong troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and problem-solving skills.\nExperience using CMMS or maintenance management systems.\nProficiency with Microsoft Office applications.\nStrong written and verbal communication skills and the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.\nAbility to support planned shutdowns, facility emergencies, and occasional off-shift activities as required.\nWe Value:\nStrong commitment to safety, regulatory compliance, and environmental responsibility.\nA proactive, continuous improvement mindset focused on reliability, efficiency, and cost reduction.\nEffective collaboration and communication across cross-functional teams and external partners.\nStrong technical problem-solving and project management skills with a results-oriented approach.\nOwnership, accountability, and adaptability in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.\nUS Person:\nDue to compliance with U.S export control laws and regulations, candidate must be a US person which is defined as a US Citizen, a US permanent resident, or have protected status in the US under asylum or refugee status.\nAbout Honeywell Technologies:\nHoneywell Technologies is a global, pure-play automation company with a legacy of innovating to help solve the world’s most mission-critical challenges, enhancing the quality of life for people and communities around the world.
