In addition, the role liaises directly with customers and sub-contractors and adheres to financial budgets and operational goals of the contract that supports the overall success of the Portfolio.\n Oversight of service delivery activities and contract deliverables\nMaintain overall financial control service delivery\nManage delivery of Refurbishment and Lifecycle programs in accordance with Asset Management strategies\nMeasure and report service delivery performance against agreed KPIs and site service objectives\nManage spot and renewal work as required to a high standard in accordance with the booked margin and customer requirements\n 8+ years’ experience in a management role within a service / facility management business\nExceptional staff management and process improvement skills\nStrong commercial skills and broad exposure to technical issues\nAbility to work in a challenging environment with a mix of infrastructure, equipment and systems and a wide variety of client groups\nContract management and commercial acumen \nWho We Are\nThe Future Is What We Make It at Honeywell.
