# Field Service Engineer

As a Field Service Engineer here at Honeywell, you will provide technical expertise and support to ensure the successful installation, maintenance, and repair of Honeywell Building Automation systems. You will play a key role in delivering exceptional service to our customers, troubleshooting complex issues, and ensuring optimal system performance. You will report directly to our Sr. Field Service Supervisor and you’ll work out of our Augusta, ME location on an On-site work schedule. In this role, you will impact customer satisfaction by ensuring reliable operation of building automation systems, contributing to energy efficiency and safety in our customers’ facilities. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Provide technical support and troubleshooting for Honeywell Building Automation systems on-site. Perform installation, maintenance, and repair of control systems, sensors, and related equipment. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve customer issues and optimize system performance. Conduct training sessions for customers and junior technicians as needed. Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and regulatory requirements.
