This role requires strong leadership capabilities, strategic thinking, and a continuous improvement mindset to support growth, productivity, quality, and workforce engagement.\nKEY RESPONSIBILITIES\nSite Operations Leadership - Lead production teams across multiple departments and shifts to ensure achievement of Safety, Quality, Delivery, Inventory, Productivity, and Cost objectives. \nDrive operational rigor and team accountability through Daily Management Operating System (MOS) processes and tiered accountability. \nEnsure production plans are executed to meet customer requirements and revenue commitments. \nEstablish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for the integrated supply chain. \nImplement lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement initiatives. \nCollaborate with engineering and quality assurance teams to uphold established quality standards and drive yield improvements. \n YOU MUST HAVE\n2+ years of people leadership experience managing supervisors and/or cross functional teams in production, engineering, logistics or supply chain \n5+ years of experience in manufacturing operations \nMust be a US Person due to export compliance restrictions \nWE VALUE\nBachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience). \nAnalytical and problem-solving skills with experience providing guidance and coaching to direct and/or indirect reports. \nStrong strategic leadership skills and the ability to inspire and motivate a team. \nFamiliarity with ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) systems and other relevant software to manage supply chain functions effectively. \nProven track record of driving operational excellence and success in improving productivity and customer delivery metrics \nContinuous improvement mindset and a passion for driving change. \nDemonstrated knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Continuous Improvement, and Operational Excellence methodologies \nAbility to effectively manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast paced environment \nABOUT HONEYWELL TECHNOLOGIES\nHoneywell Technologies is a global, pure-play automation company with a legacy of innovating to help solve the world’s most mission-critical challenges, enhancing the quality of life for people and communities around the world.
