will be involved in strategic decision-making, holding greater responsibility in budgeting, project timelines, and delivering on IT initiatives.\nCollaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze IT systems, identify opportunities for improvement, and drive innovative solutions.\nProvide data-driven insights to enhance operational efficiency and support data-informed decision-making.\nStay current with emerging IT trends and technologies, helping to inform the organization's technology roadmap.\nMentor and support junior IT analysts, fostering their growth and development.\nConduct in-depth IT assessments, risk analysis, and recommend strategies to mitigate vulnerabilities.\n YOU MUST HAVE\n10-12+ years of experience in IT analysis, project participation, or related roles. \nLead the discussion, requirement gathering and solution \nAlong with technical skills, have owned leadership responsibilities, overseeing successful delivery of projects\nYou must have hands-on working experience with writing functional specs, working with technical and business teams to provide a solution\nStrong problem-solving and analytical skills.\nExcellent communication and collaboration abilities.\nAbility to adapt to changing technologies and industry trends.\nBachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.\nRelevant industry certifications.\nExperience with project management methodologies.\nInnovation-driven mindset.\nAbility to simplify complex technical concepts.\nPassion for staying at the forefront of IT
