As part of the engineering team, you will work in a continuous delivery environment and contribute to features that directly impact our customers daily.\nThe Lead Software Engineer will drive feature planning and design sessions, architect and implement software solutions, assist with test plans and documentation, and maintain those solutions. This position produces significant results through technical and team leadership and the building of strong coaching/mentoring peer relationships. The ideal candidate will demonstrate a strong ability to translate business requirements into technical requirements, and posesses excellent communication skills.\n What you’ll do:\nLead the design and implementation of robust multi-tenant cloud solutions within a delivery team\nWork within a full stack cross-functional delivery team to deliver incremental customer-facing features \nArchitecting, designing, developing, and testing as needed withing a delivery team\n DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS:\n7+ years of experience developing modern web applications and/or cloud services\nMastery of modern JavaScript frameworks and tools such as Node.js, React.js, and Webpack\nAbility to organize large-scale codebases using common JavaScript patterns\nExperience with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP) and serverless architecture\nExperience deisning and working with continuous integration systems, unit testing, and automated integration testing\nExperience with distributed systems, network security, automation tools, and system analysis\nExtensive experience building RESTful web services and scalable solutions with zero-downtime deployment\nEDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS:\nMaster's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Computer Engineering or a related major; Bachelor’s degree with significant technical experience can be substituted.\nWe are an equal opportunity employer and value diversity at our company.
