Help to build a strong, diverse team by recruiting talent, identifying, and developing successors,\ndriving retention and engagement, and fostering an inclusive culture.\n KEY RESPONSIBILITIES\nDesign and develop mechanical components and assemblies in accordance with project requirements and industry standards.\nCollaborate with cross-functional teams to define mechanical specifications and ensure seamless integration with other systems.\nPerform mechanical analysis and testing to validate design performance and reliability.\n YOU MUST HAVE\nBachelor’s degree from an accredited institution in a technical discipline such as science, technology, engineering, mathematics\n2+ years of experience in mechanical design and development\n2+ years of strong knowledge of mechanical design principles and methodologies\n2+ years of proficiency in CAD software such as SolidWorks or PTC Creo, and experience with mechanical analysis and simulation tools to ensure design integrity and performance\n2+ years of experience with materials selection, manufacturing processes, and mechanical testing\nWE VALUE\nAdvanced degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field\nExperience with product lifecycle management and design for manufacturability\nExperience in Aerospace or related sectors\nAbility to work effectively in cross-functional teams and fast-paced environments\nKnowledge of industry standards and regulatory requirements\nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail\nExperience with electro-mechanical sensor design and GD&T\nThe annual base salary range for this position is $83,200.00 - $104,100.00.
