performance and generate actionable insights to improve launch quality, predictability, adoption, and commercial execution.\nSupport root-cause and corrective-action activities for delayed, underperforming, or at-risk offerings.\nProcess governance and operational excellence\nDeploy and sustain Honeywell Accelerator Global Design Models and associated governance routines.\nDrive adherence to standard work while identifying opportunities to simplify processes, eliminate duplication, and reduce administrative burden for Offering and Portfolio Managers.\nBuild repeatable intake, prioritization, governance, documentation, and escalation mechanisms.\nPartner with process owners and subject-matter experts to resolve gaps across tools, workflows, roles, and decision rights.\nIdentify and implement practical automation, AI, reporting, and workflow improvements that increase team productivity and data quality.\nCreate reusable job aids, templates, training materials, and best-practice resources.\nPortfolio and lifecycle operations\nSupport portfolio-review cadences by consolidating data, validating inputs, preparing decision materials, and tracking agreed actions.\nEnable portfolio roadmap execution and maintain the operational data needed for product and offering decisions.\nTranslate product, market, customer, financial, and operational data into clear recommendations for leadership.\nMaintain decision logs and action registers that improve transparency and follow-through.\nCustomer, market, and commercial evidence\nSupport Voice of Customer planning, evidence collection, data management, and analytical synthesis.\nDevelop or coordinate centralized customer, market, and competitive insights for product and portfolio teams.\nSupport ideation events, discovery workshops, segmentation, market assessment, and value-proposition activities.\nConnect customer evidence and market insights to portfolio, investment, roadmap, launch, and commercialization decisions.\nSupport sales enablement and commercial readiness activities for priority launches.\nCross-functional leadership\nServe as the operating connector among OLering Management, Engineering, Marketing, Sales, Finance, PMO, and business leadership.\nInfluence teams without direct authority and create clarity across complex, multistakeholder initiatives.\nFacilitate productive governance forums and ensure issues reach the appropriate decision-makers.\nCommunicate risks, choices, recommendations, and outcomes clearly to senior stakeholders.\nCoach stakeholders on Product Operations processes, tools, data expectations, and standard work.\nRequired Qualifications\nBachelor’s degree in engineering, business, marketing, operations, data analytics, or a related field.\nMinimum of 10 years of experience in Product Operations, Product Management, Program Management, Portfolio Management, Business Operations, or a related cross functional role.\nExperience coordinating complex, cross-functional initiatives with multiple stakeholders, dependencies, and milestones.\nStrong analytical skills and experience transforming data into decision-ready reporting and recommendations.\nProficiency in business reporting or visualization tools such as Power BI.\nStrong written communication, executive presentation, workshop facilitation, and stakeholder-management skills.\nDemonstrated ability to establish structure, improve processes, and drive accountability in an ambiguous environment.\nPreferred Qualifications\nMBA or an advanced degree in business, product management, engineering management, or a related field is preferred.\nExperience supporting new product introduction, product development, launch readiness, or commercialization.\nFamiliarity with Voice of Customer, discovery, segmentation, competitive analysis, and value-proposition development.\nExperience creating management operating systems, dashboards, governance routines, training content, or standard work.\nExperience applying automation, AI, or workflow tools to improve operational productivity.\nExperience working in a matrixed, global industrial technology, automation, software, or engineering organization.\nLeadership Attributes\nOperates with a customer-value and growth
